| 摘 要： | 全球气侯变暖成为21世纪人类共同面对的最严重的环境问题。能源消耗、资源枯竭、人口膨胀、环境退化、粮食短缺、生态失衡六大基本问题造成了各种灾难性后果,给人以时代性思考。因此,发展低碳经济、建设低碳校园成为一种必然趋势。建设低碳校园,既以环境经济学理论为支撑,又把能源经济学理论作基石,还应遵循生态学的自然规律,具有科学的理论依据。建设低碳校园也具有清晰的实践路线图:低碳理念进人心;低碳转型入主流;低碳活动进校园;低碳行为生活化;低碳研究融社会。

| Abstract: | Global warming has become the most severe environmental problem of the 21st century,that may result in disastrous consequences of the waste of energies,exhaustion of resources,overexpansion of population,environmental deterioration,shortage of foods,and environmental imbalances.It is,therefore,a trend to develop low carbon economy.This paper discusses the construction of a low-carbon campus with a clear route map of publicity,restructuring,and social obligations. |
