| 摘 要： | 用唯物主义观点,分析体育活动中快乐的深刻内涵。认为,传统心理学由于受到研究对象和方法的掣肘,在快乐问题研究上表面化、片面化;运动中的快乐,实际包括快感和美感两个不同层面的精神反应,而美感才是快乐的真谛所在;追求运动中的审美境界,是提高人的素质和幸福生活方式的桥梁,同时对社会主义精神文明建设也有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the dialectical materialism, the present study analizes the profound connotation of enjoyment in physical activities and exercises. The author holds that limited by the research methods and objects, traditional psychologies have fallen superficial and lopsided in the field of enjoyment researches. In fact, enjoyment includes two different levels spiritual reactions-pleasant sensation and aesthetic feeling, and the latter is the true meaning of enjoyment. In physical exercises, pursuing the aesthetic feeling is an effective approach to enhancing a person's quality and living a happy life. Meanwhile, it plays an important role in the spiritual civilization of socialism. |
