| 摘 要： | 经济犯罪严重扰乱社会经济秩序,动摇社会经济基础,已成为我国刑法的重点打击对象。证据是一切诉讼活动的基础和核心,是诉讼实务中最根本的问题。为此,如何发现和收集经济犯罪证据对经济犯罪侦查工作,具有重要的实践意义。同时,必须明确经济犯罪证据的收集原则,并运用多种方法收集证据。

| Abstract: | Economic crime is a form of crimes that disturbs our economic orders and damages our economic basis seriously.So far it has become the critical aim of criminal code in China.As the basis and core of all proceedings,evidence is the most primary issue in the procedure.It is of importantnpractical significance to study how to discover and collect evide4nce.For this reason it is necessasry to make clear the principle of collection and apply varied way of collection. |
