| 摘 要： | 介绍了电弧喷涂技术的原理和技术特点，电弧喷涂锌，铝制备涂层，广泛用于钢铁构件耐大气，淡水，海水和土壤环境的长效附腐，中从工业及民用输水管道，普通钢结构，化工矿井和船舶钢结构四个方面普通防腐工艺进行了对比分析。

| Abstract: | Theories and specialties are given about arc spraying technology. Coatings deposited by arc - sprayed zinc,aluminum on the steel substrate are proven to have sufficient corrosion resistance in the atmosphere,freshwater, seawater and soil environments. In this paper,analysis of corrosion resistance has been made between Zn/Al coatings and common anti- corrosion method on the following fields: industrial & civil water- pipes, common steel structures, chemical industry, mine and steel structures of vessels. |
