| 摘 要： | 针对我院系部资料室的现状,分析系部资料室存在的人员素质不高、缺乏规范管理、经费使用等问题,提出要加强对系部资料室人员的培训、提高经费使用效率、规范期刊管理以及健全规章制度等方面的建设,不断发挥系部资料室的应有作用,从而更好的为我院的教学科研服务。

| Abstract: | According to the present situation of the department reference room,the paper analyses the problems of the lack of standardized management in department reference room,then puts forward to strengthen the training of the department reference room personnel,improves the efficiency of the use of funds,regulates the periodical management and builds the whole regulation,to serve teaching and scientific research. |
