| 摘 要： | 我国的第一部诗歌总集《诗经》包含大量有关饮食的诗篇,客观而真实地反映了中国人的饮食观念和饮食文化。主要有:追求美的饮食,娱乐身心;讲究阴阳平衡,以饮食益生;饮食思礼,以亲和人际关系,是中华健康饮食的源头。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of poems concerning diet in The Book of Songs which objectively and truely reflect the dietary concept and cooking culture of the Chinese people.The cooking culture reflected in it involves pursuing aesthetical diet to disport the body and mind,balancing yin and yang to do good to health and attaching importance to ceremonial observance to intercommunicate people. |
