| 摘 要： | 随着"90后"学生走进高职院校,校园呈现出许多不同于以往的风貌和特色。原有的管理方法和模式已经不能适应现阶段大学生的特点,给新时期的学生管理工作带来了新问题。本文立足于"90后"高职学生的特点,探索高职学生管理的新思路、新方法。

| Abstract: | Along with the entrance of 90-generation into the higher vocational colleges , there has appeared various styles and features which are very different from the past in the campus. The previous management methods and patterns can＇ t satisfy the characteristics of these college students in the new stage already which brings new problems to student＇ s management work in the new period. On the basis of the characteristics of 90-generation college students, this article tries to find out the new concepts and methods to deal with the management work of higher vocational students. |
