基于STC12C5A32S2的甲醛检测仪设计

摘    要:提出一种以STC12C5A32S2为控制芯片,瑞士Membrapor为传感器的甲醛监测仪。介绍了甲醛检测仪的硬件架构,给出了软件设计流程。用设计的监测仪进行了环境测试,并和国内外其它甲醛检测仪进行了对比,结果表明,设计的监测仪合理可靠,性价比高。

Abstract:A formaldehyde detector is designed with STC12C5A32S2 control chip and Switzerland Membrapor sensor. The hardware architecture and the software design process of formaldehyde detectors are described. An environmental test is carried out using the formaldehyde detector designed. Comparison is made to compare the formaldehyde detector designed and other formaldehyde detectors from home and abroad. Results show that the formaldehyde detector designed has reliable quality and competitive price.
