摘    要:提升教育质量是当前我国农村义务教育发展的重中之重,通过对我国农村义务教育质量问题的考察,可以看出我国农村义务教育低水平维持的实践样态。从质量管理的视角审视,在教育资源既定的情况下,是内部因素而非外部因素对学校教育质量起决定性作用,导致学校教育内部教育质量偏低是可控性因素。
