家庭暴力的成因及对策研究——以温岭市为研究个案

家庭暴力是严重的社会问题,不仅侵害了受害者的身心健康,破坏了家庭的稳定和发展,同时也成为了构建和谐社会的重大障碍。对温岭市家庭幕力情况的调查研究发现:在我国,家庭暴力主要表现为侵犯女性生理和心理的幕力行为。家庭暴力的发生有着多方面的原因,既有观念的因素,也有社会的因素。提出提升妇女自身素质,增加自我保护意识;加强舆论宣传、重视普法教育;重塑家庭伦理道德体系;健全反家庭暴力的救助体系等对策,希望对我国的反家暴工作有所启发。

On Causes and Countermeasures of Domestic Violence:A Case Study of Wenling City

Domestic violence is a serious social problem. It harms the victims both physically and mentally anddamages the stability of a family, and it has also become a barrier to establishing a harmonious society. The empirical research on domestic violence in Wenling finds that in China domestic violence mainly manifests in the acts of invasion of the females＇ physiology and psychology. Many causes, notionally and violence. This paper puts forward some countermeasures as follows： firstly, femal qualities and increase the awareness of self-protection; secondly, the authority should socially, lead to the domestic es should enhance their own strengthen the propaganda and attach importance to public legal education; lastly, our society should remodel the family ethic system and perfect the anti-domestic violence assistance system.
