| 摘 要： | 中国西部农村拥有极为丰富的人口资源。然而,如何才能将这一沉重的人口负担转化为人力资源优势,转化为农村经济社会的发展优势呢?通过探讨职业教育开发农村人力资源的模式。分析了职业教育对中国人力资源开发产生的效应,并构建了职业教育促进农村人力资源开发的基本策略。

| Abstract: | There is rich population resource in the weatern rural areas of China.How- ever,what can be done to convert the population burden into advantage of human resource as well as that of rural economic and social development? In light of a probe into voca- tional education and the patterns of developing human resources in rural areas,the article takes up an analysis on the effects of vocational education on human resources develop- ment in China,and constructs the basic strategy for boosting human resources developmen in rural areas. |
