| 摘 要： | 本文基于系统动力学的原理和方法对房屋销售系统进行了分析,建立了房屋销售系统的系统动力学模型,利用Vensim系统动力学软件提供的模拟环境,对模型进行了运行和结果分析,最后对房屋销售系统中的一些问题提出了浅陋的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the principle and method of system dynamics,this paper analyzes home sales system,builds housing sales system dynamics model of the system,using the Vensim system dynamics software provided by the simulation environment,the model is running and result is analyzed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to solve the problems in the housing sales system. |
