煤矿生活污水处理研究

摘    要:通过对煤矿厂生活污水特点的分析,结合原有污水处理站工艺及多家同类污水站的实践经验,提出采用BAF工艺+混凝沉淀工艺处理煤矿厂区生活污水。运行结果表明:出水CODcr、BOD5、SS、色度均满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级B标准,同时CODcr、BOD5、SS及色度的去除率分别达到92.5%、92.5%、90.9%、90%,采用该组合工艺处理煤矿厂生活污水,在技术和经济上稳定可行。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the characteristics of coal plant sewage, and combined with the original sewage treatment station technology and a number of similar sewage station practice experience, this paper proposes to use BAF technology + coagulation sedimentation process for treatment of domestic sewage in coal mine water plant. The running results show that: CODcr, BOD5, SS, effluent chrome can meet the "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard" (GB18918-2002) level B standard, at the same time, CODcr, BOD5, SS and colority removal rate is achieved respectively to 92.5%,92.5%,90.9%,90%,the combined process for treatment of living sewage in coal mine factory, technology and the economy is stable and feasible.
