游戏法在高校足球普修教学中的实验研究

在高校足球课教学中采用专项化活动性游戏和组合技术作为主要教学内容和练习手段,把培养兴趣、掌握方法、锻炼身心、终身体育作为课程的总目标进行初步改革尝试,通过教学实验证明其效果及在教学实践中的可行性。

Experimental Study on Application of Playing Games in College Football Teaching

This paper discussed the preliminary reform on football courses in colleges. It suggests that some specific games and systematic skills,regarded as the main teaching content and the method of training,should be applied to the teaching process aiming at cultivating the students' interests is sports, leading them to master the skills, building up their physical strength and willpower and helping then to form the habits of lifelong exercising. Through practical teaching experiment, the effect of it is testified.
