| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，企业经营管理理念及做法发生重大变化，市场竞争演变成了一场激烈的人才竞争。企业的管理应“以人为本”。文章主要就企业内部应如何进行“以人为本”的管理问题进行探讨，并指出在管理中应走出的误区。
