Abstract:Management of classroom teaching is the key link of the teaching action for language teachers.The effective classroom management concludes teachers' personal characteristics;action of establishing rapport,establish physical and psychological environment;task-based center;rational form of classroom organization.All of these can predict the problems that appear in the classroom management and how to deal with them.
