| 摘 要： | 本文以琅岐岛为例，探讨运用因素法，通过选择若干分等因子，采取逐步衰减的方法，在计算耕地自然质量分、自然质量等指数、耕地利用系数、耕地经济系数、分等指数基础上，对耕地质量进行分等与评价。

| Abstract: | A case of Lang Qi Island, this paper selects factors method on the cultivated quality and grading of Arable Land. With the method of decrease gradually, this article has calculated the arable land indexes, such as the natural quality of indexes, the land utilization and economic coefficient of different designated farm goods, the classify index of arable land in Lang Qi Island, as the basis of arable land quality appraisement. |
