森林过伐，草地过牧，土地过度垦殖，是导致四川生态脆弱地区形成和农民贫困的直接因素。本文提出了要解决生态脆弱区恢复生态与人口生存之间的矛盾，只有对农业人口和农业产业布局做根本性调整。

Thoughts on Banishing Poverty Ecologically in Sichuan Frail Areas of

Denudation, grassland degradation and undue cultivation of land directly lead to the forming of the ecologically frail areas and the poverty of people in Sichuan. This paper puts forward that reducing the agricultural population and adjust the distribution of agriculture are the only solution to the conflict between ecological recovering and existence of population.
