当代中国学制改革的发展历程与经验教训

摘    要:本文梳理了当代中国学制改革的发展历程和其中的经验教训特别是存在的问题。认为新中国建国 5 0多年来 ,我国的学制改革大致经历了以下几个发展阶段 :建国初新学制的奠基 ;开始全面建设社会主义时期学制改革的大起大落 ;“文化大革命”时期学制的缩短 ;新时期学制的迅速延长和稳定。每个历史时期在学制改革方面都有一些经验教训 ,但总的来说 ,过去的学制改革存在严重问题 ,现行学制存在严重弊端。我国今后需要在认真反思过去学制改革积累的经验教训特别是问题的基础上 ,通过长期的、严谨的、科学的理论研究和实验研究 ,探索出一套符合中国各地实际和学生身心发展实际的、高效率的、富有弹性或灵活性的学制体系及相关的理论与方法

Abstract:This article sorts out the experiences in and lessons from the development of China's school system reform. The author especially analyzed the existing problems. In the 50 years and more since the founding of New China, the school system reform has undergone the following three stages: the early period after the founding of New China in which there were ups and downs in the establishment of school system; the period of "Cultural Revolution" in which the duration of schooling was shortened; the new period in which the duration of schooling was lengthened and stabilized. In each of the above-said historical period there were some experiences and lessons. But on the whole, in the author's opinion, there were serious problem in school system in the past, and shortcomings today. Therefore, an organic, practical, effective school system and relevant theories and methods must be established, in the hope that they are fit for the reality of the students in China.
