对宪法司法化问题几个认识误区的修正

宪法司法化现已成为世界各国的普遍做法，也是我国以法治国的必然要求，但对我国是否已经开始宪法司法化，宪法司法化与宪法私法化的关系，我国能否建立起真正的违宪审查制度等一些重要问题，理论和实践中存在着很多分歧，有些观点甚至是错误的，必须予以纠正。

constitutional judicature has been world-wild practiced, which is also necessary to administer our country on law. but there are many divergent opinions on theory and in practice, on which whether or not constitution has begun to come into judicature ,the relation between constitutional judicature and constitutional private ,and whether or not a unconstitutional system can be established in our country. Even many opinions are incorrect.
