厦门市城乡义务教育均衡发展策略研究与实践

推进城乡义务教育均衡发展是推进义务教育均衡发展国家体制改革试点工作的重要任务,作为试点城市的厦门认真分析本市义务教育均衡发展的优势和规律,在原有的工作基础上,选择以城乡资源统一配置为抓手,着力推进办学条件、投入、师资、就学机会、质量等五个要素的均衡发展,为保障和促进城乡义务教育均衡发展进行了有益探索和实践,并取得初步成果。

On the Study and Practice of the Strategies of the Balanced Development of both Urban and Rural Compulsory Education in Xiamen

The advancement of urban and ~ compulsory education is the main task of the pilot work included in national system reform which aims at promoting the balanced development of compulsory education. As the pilot city, Xiamen analyzes the advantages and the inherent laws of the balanced development of compulsory education there. Then,based on the previous work done,the education authorities take the unified allocation of urban and rural resources as the basic principle while try to achieve the balanced development of school- running conditions, investment,faculty, educational opportunities and quality. What＇s more, some exploration and practice have been done to guarantee and promote the balanced development of urban and rm＇al education. Luckily, some preliminary results have been realized.
