均衡发展背景下特殊教育师资培养模式研究

摘    要:当前中国特殊教育师资发展不均衡是一个"现实性存在",是社会经济发展不均衡、特殊教育与普通教育二元分割、培养模式单一且脱离市场需求、从业准入资格认定制度缺乏等因素综合作用的结果。在教育均衡发展的背景下,构建以师范院校为主体、综合院校参与的开放多元的职前培养模式,灵活多样、新颖实用的职后师资培养模式,以及连续、统一和终身化的职前职后一体化培养模式,是促进特殊教育均衡发展的重要保障。根据当地的经济和教育水平,选择合适的培训模式,是均衡发展的重点和核心。当一大批高素质、高技能的教师被培养起来后,特殊教育才能获得保证质量的均衡发展。

Abstract:The unbalanced development of Chinese special education teacher is a "reality". The reasons of this phenomenon may be somewhat as follows: the economic development is unbalanced;special education and general education are dualistic; training model is single and out of the market demand; there is no qualification system. In the context of balanced development of education, building an open and diverse pre - training model which normal universities serve as principal part and comprehensive universities serve as support part, and an innovative and practical post- service training model, and a continuous lifelong pre- service and post- service integrated training model will contribute to a more balanced special education development. Selecting appropriate training model according to the local economic and educational level is the key and the core for balanced development. When a large number of highly qualified,highly skilled teachers are trained, the special education will obtain a balanced and qualified development.
