| Abstract: | Based on salvation theory and the actual life of teachers in rural areas of China,the essay describes their living conditions and the reasons.The improvement of rural teachers＇ conditions relays on their self- salvation, that is to say, teachers should take a proper working attitude, improve their education and teaching abilities,and construct a legal rural teachers＇ alliance. |
