摘    要:文章以救赎论为理论基础,立足于乡村教师的生存实际,分析乡村教师当前的生存困境及其成因。乡村教师生存困境的改善需乡村教师自我救赎,即端正工作态度,提升教育教学能力与建立合法的乡村教师联盟。

Abstract:Based on salvation theory and the actual life of teachers in rural areas of China,the essay describes their living conditions and the reasons.The improvement of rural teachers' conditions relays on their self- salvation, that is to say, teachers should take a proper working attitude, improve their education and teaching abilities,and construct a legal rural teachers' alliance.
