密西根州立大学（MSU）国际化进程的启示

密西根州立大学的经验是得到美国教育界广泛认同的国际化样板，具有先进性，对多数中国地方性大学具有适用性，尤其是它在拓展中国教育市场方面的努力，使得我们可以把学习经验和建立伙伴关系联系起来．具有面向国家需要、整合社会资源、跨越学科界限、规划长期战略等国际化的特色。参考MSU的经验，推进我国地方性综合大学的国际化战略，应该注意研究国家需求，制定长期规划，开发企业资源，推动校内合作。

Internationalization of Michigan State University

This paper aims at providing the opportunity for Chinese local university managers to share the experience of American universities＇ internationalization. This is a working theory based on the idea that comparative study is valuable for new universities located in less developed countries. With Michigan State University as a case, characteristics of MSU experience of internationalization have been concluded as demand-oriented, resource-integration, cross-discipline and strategy-guided. The research conducted suggests that Chinese local universities should concern the need of the country, formulate strategy, cooperate with enterprises and stimulate cross-discipline projects on the campus.
