| 摘 要： | 随着“一带一路”倡议的推进,高等教育国际化成为大势所趋,高等教育内涵建设的紧迫任务便是培养国际化人才,国际化人才的培养与大学生的职业生涯教育息息相关。依据当前我国大学生职业生涯教育中存在的主要问题,以上海理工大学中英国际学院为例,调研大学生对职业生涯教育课程的需求特点,并以“Globalization”为框架分析国际化人才培养的标准,建构国际化职业生涯课程。

| Abstract: | It is apparent that cultivating internationalized talents is an urgent task during the construction of higher education connotation.Similarly,cultivating internationalized talents is closely related to the career education of college students.Then,the paper tries to analyze the main problems existing in career education of China college students.On the other hand,the author investigates and illustrates the features of college students for career education course.Finally,it is necessary to emphasize the standards of internationalized talent cultivation. |
