高职院校实施“政府订单就业班”协同育人培养模式研究

多年来高职院校基本形成了以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向的办学方针,怎样才能为社会提供更多优质的人才,借助校企合作平台开办订单班,这种人才培养模式是教育部积极提倡的也是目前公认效果较好的一种人才培养模式。近年来在部分高职院校通过校政合作方式开办的政府订单就业班也悄然出现,在实践过程中这种模式相比其他人才培养模式有哪些优势,还存在哪些问题并如何解决,这给教育管理者提出了新的课题。首先从合理性角度对此种模式的背景、内涵、现实意义等几方面进行了分析;其次,对已开办此种模式的几所典型高职院校现状进行了调研,并找出了还存在的问题;最后,提出了优化政府订单就业班的建议和对策。

Research on Cooperative Education Mode of Government Order Employment Class in Higher Vocational Colleges

Over the years,higher vocational colleges have basically formed a school-running policy based on service as its purpose and employment as its orientation.How can we provide more high-quality talents for the society?This talent training mode is actively advocated by the Ministry of Education and is currently recognized as a better talent training mode.In recent years,government-ordered employment classes run by the way of school-government cooperation have also appeared in some higher vocational colleges.In the course of practice,what advantages does this model have over other talent-training models?what problems still exist and how to solve them?This puts forward a new subject for educational administrators.Firstly,the background,connotation and practical significance of the model are analyzed from the perspective of rationality.Secondly,the status quo of several typical higher vocational colleges which have established the model is investigated and the existing problems are found out.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to optimize the government order employment class.
