| 摘 要： | 没有适应培养应用型人才的教师队伍，教学教改、课堂教学、实践性教学、实践教学基地建设等方面就成了无源之水、无本之木。文章分析了IT应用型本科人才师资队伍主要存在有两大问题及原因，提出了建立切实可行的“双师型”师资队伍建设计划、加强现有教师和学生管理人员的培养和培训、加强学生素质拓展的学生工作师资队伍建设等对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Without teachers who cultivate the applied talents,teaching and its reform,class teaching,practical teaching,base construction of practical teaching,etc.would be water without a source.This essay analys the two big problems and its reasons in the teachers building in the applied talents in IT undergraduates,and presented the solutions and suggestions,which is included a practical plan of building a teachers of 'double-teacher type',strengthening the training of the existing teachers and the management to students and the building of teachers to strengthen the quality development of students,etc.. |
