论我国政府公共性的构建与完 善简

公共性是政府的根本属性，加强政府公共性研究是推进我国政府治理能力建设的内在要求。改革开放以来，我国政府公共性建设取得了长足发展。但是，由于我国尚处于社会主义初级阶段，政府公共性的构建与发展仍存在着一些问题与缺陷。因此，必须通过进一步促进政府职能转变、建立公共财政体制、完善公民积极参与机制及信息公开制度等途径，不断推动我国政府公共性的发展与完善。
