网络文化传播对师生关系的影响及对策

当前,网络文化传播对师生关系的发展有着明显的影响。网络文化传播的发散性影响着师生关系建立的基础,其交互性影响着师生关系的结构模式,同时它也促发了师生关系多模式的形成。在网络文化传播背景下,师生间知识传递的模式发生了改变,教师的知识权威与个人威望受到冲击,教师的控制力减弱。为了适应这些变化,优化网络文化传播下的师生关系,我们应扩大网络民主,畅通舆论通道;建设网络文化,塑造健康互信的师生网络形象;建设友好亲和的网络平台,完善网络事件处理机制、网上网下互动机制。
