摘    要:市场经济背景下,环境以及其他一切物品的价值集中体现为能够以货币计量的经济价值,市场体制及其价值观是导致全球环境危机的根源。在环境经济领域被广泛采用的CVM法以及其他准市场方法以一元价值论为哲学基础,因此受到环境伦理学家的激烈批评。市场及其新古典经济学并非价值无涉的经济体系和学科体系,而是充满价值判断的道德体系,它们强化了经济价值但同时弱化了其他人类价值。除了经济价值以外,环境还具有无法用货币衡量的内在价值,但这一概念及其主张同样存在难以克服的理论矛盾。量子力学发现,经典物理学中物质与意识的两分未必成立,量子纠缠现象表明整个宇宙是一个存在内在关联的整体,环境是否具有内在价值可以借助量子论的观点得到更好的解释。

Abstract:Under the background of market economy,the value of environment and all other goods are reflected by monetary economic value.Market system and its valuation ideology are the basic cause of global environmental crisis.The pervasive contingent valuation method(CVM) and other quasi market methodologies in environment economics are based upon monistic value philosophy and fiercely criticized by environment ethicists.Market and new classical economics are not at all value irrelevant economic system and discipline but moral systems full of value judgments.They enhance economic value but weaken other human values.Except economic value,environment has also intrinsic value which could not be measured by monetary rod.However,the concept of intrinsic value is also facing insurmountable theoretical paradox.The quantum theory shows that the dichotomy between matter and consciousness in classical physics are probably wrong,and quantum entanglement means that the universe is an inherent related whole.Environment intrinsic value could be better elaborated according to quantum theory.
