安徽职教集团的运行现状及对策

运用文献资料法和访谈法,对安徽组建的16个职业教育集团进行了调研。结果表明:在安徽组建的职教集团中,公办学校的主动性很强,专业设置较广,但是企业、协会的领头作用没有显现;民办教育则参与不够,职教中心的作用没有充分发挥,职教集团的科研能力较弱。因此,我们应加强高职院校在职教集团的牵头作用,调动企业、协会的领头作用,提升民办教育参与的积极性,充分发挥职教中心的作用,走"产学研"并行之路,实现集团模式的创新和突破,从而推动安徽职教集团的健康发展。

The Countermeasures to the Operating Situations of Anhui Vocational Education Group

There is a comprehensive,in-depth,detailed investigation in Anhui’s 16 vocational education groups which using the method of literature and interview.The result shows that in Anhui’s vocational education group,public school is very initiative and has a wide-specialties setting,however,the leading role of enterprise and association does not appear;the private education is lack of participation,vocational education center’s role is not fully exerted,scientific research ability is weak,etc.Therefore,we should strengthen the leading effect of vocational colleges in vocational education group,stimulate the enterprise and association’s enthusiasm of leading,enhance the enthusiasm of private education’s participation and turn vocational education center into advantage,take the way that integration of production,education and research,accomplish the innovation and breakthrough of group’s mode,so as to promote the healthy development of Anhui’s vocational education group.
