| 摘 要： | 高校人力资源对于高校的可持续发展和高校的整体实力具有重要意义,但是目前高校的人力资源不容乐观,突出表现在人才流失比较严重,人力资源配置不合理,不能人尽其才。为更好地发挥高校人力资源的作用,促进高校的发展,有必要对高校人力资源进行优化配置。
