| 摘 要： | 文章对教育与就业问题的探讨主要涉及以下四个方面:国家教育体制的标准化程度,中等教育在各国的层次化程度,中等职业教育内容具备的职业技术特性,以及学校与公司、企业的联系程度.通过对德国和美国两种不同类型职业教育体系特征的比较,指出职业教育对就业的影响与机构特点呈系统对应关系,进而提出了对我国职业教育发展的启示.
