摘    要:在自制的碳纤维电极上,研究了碳纤维电极性能和对氯苯酚(p-CP)的电化学行为,考察了扫速、pH值以及浓度对p-CP在碳纤维电极上电化学行为的影响,实验结果表明p-CP在碳纤维电极上有灵敏的电化学响应,其电极氧化还原行为受吸附过程控制,p-CP在1 mol.L-1硫酸底液中,其氧化峰电流与对氯苯酚浓度在5×10-5~10-3mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=9981),检出限为1×10-6mol.L-1,相对标准偏差为3.3%(n=10)。

Abstract:The electrochemical behavior of p-chlorophenol(p-CP) with homemade carbon fiber electrode was studied by voltammetry method.The sensitive electrochemical response of p-CP to carbon fiber electrode was observed and can be applied to the determination of p-CP.The effects of sweep speed,pH value and the concentration on the determination of p-CP were investigated.The experimental result indicates that the behavior of p-CP on carbon fiber electrode is controlled by the adsorption process.Under the optimal condition of determination,in H2SO4 of 1 mol·L-1,its oxide peak currents in the range of 5×10-5~10-3mol/L-1 have well linear relationship with p-CP concentrations,the correlation coefficient is 0.9981,the detection limit is 1×10-6 mol·L-1 with RSD of 3.3%(n=10).
