引进人才学是德育科学化的重要途径

如何科学有效地加强德育工作，这是长期以来德育。作者面临的突出问题。在改革开放中，我们探索出了一条德育工作的新途径，即把人才学引进大学德育课堂，收到了很好的德育功效。即内容规范化、原则具体化、形式艺术化、方法多样化、教育典型化、作用长效化、修养终身化。通过人才学与德育学有机结合的教学实践，我们找到了德育与人才学结合的最佳模式，即引进德育，为人才学植入革命的灵魂；引进人才学为德育充实科学的内容。

INTRODUCTION OF STUDIES OF TALENT IS THE CHIEF APPROACH TO SCIENTIZE EDUCATION IN ETHIC

It has been a great problem how to carry out education in ethic in a scientific way. Some hold that, in the great tide of the reform and open policy, education in ethic in institutes of high learning is getting more and more difficult to be carried out. We have worked out a new approach, i. e. introducing studies of talents into the class of education in ethic, and have achieved good results. That is: The content is standardized, the principles concretized, the form artified, the methods diversified, the inculcation typified, the effect durationalized, and self-cultivation lasting through one's lifetime. Through combining studies of talents with education in ethic we have found the best way for the combination of education in ethic with studies of talents: The introduction of education in ethic gives soul to the studies of talents, and in turn the introduction of studies of talents provides education of talents with scientific content.
