教师的生命意义及其提升策略

摘    要:在教师专业发展中,对生命意义的体察异常重要,因为生命意义不仅是人存在的本质,而且更是教师做好育己育人工作的前提要求。生命意义的体现,具体表现为教师专业发展的整体性、目的性、实践性和超越性,每一个特性都需要教师具备一定的方法和策略。反省策略、叙事策略和观想策略都是有助于教师提升生命意义的具体策略,三种策略各有自己的操作程序,分别在不同方面引导教师自我超越,体悟生命的意义。

Abstract:It is very important to understand the meaning of life in teacher professional development, since the meaning of life is not only the essence of human's being,but a premise for teachers to cultivate themselves and students.The meaning of life reflects teacher professional development as wholeness,purposefulness,practicality and transcendence,each of which requires teachers have specific methods and strategies.Three strategies,including reflection,narrative and visualization,are helpful for teacher to experience the meaning of life.
