| 摘 要： | 我国民主法制建设在60年代前后一度受阻.其表现是初步建立的民主法律制度受到严重破坏;重视国体民主,忽视政体民主.究其原因,贫穷落后是其总根源;对现代化的内涵、民主的地位、法制的重要性认识不足是其认识根源;计划经济体制阻碍了商品经济对民主法制的呼唤;对阶级形势的错误估计打断了社会主义民主法制建设的进程.其中有四点至关重要的历史启示.

| Abstract: | The features of the hindrance in the construction of democracy legality in China about 1960's were that democracy of state system was emphasized,however,democracy of system of government was neglected and the new trend of democratic politics was severely destroyed.The general cause is poverty and backwardness.While its profound cognitive cause lied in partial recognition about meaning of modernization and position of democracy and importance of legality.Thirdly the requirement of commodity economy on democracy and legality was held back by the planned economical system.Last,the normal progress of democracy was interrupted on account of wrong evaluation on the situation.All these have left us with many valuable lessons,among which are four aspects of vital importanu. |
