论高职院校的“大学意识”

高等教育是高职教育的普遍性,职业技术教育是高职教育的特殊性,普遍性的核心要素是“大学意识”。为促进高级技能型人才科学的培养,使未来劳动者的知识、技能与人品结构平衡发展,高职院校有必要树立大学意识。大学意识是培养人追求真理,独立思考能力;是培养、塑造人的“有容乃大”的精神;是衡定孵化社会人的职能。高职的大学意识有其特殊性,重点在于环境陶冶、言传身教和厚德载物。

The higher education is universality of higher vocational education,in turn,vocational education is the particularity of it.The core of the universality is "college consciousness".In order to promote the raising of talented person and cause the balanced development of future worker's knowledge,skill and moral behavior structure.It is necessary for higher vocational school to build up "college consciousness",which is to develop the ability of pursuing truth and independent thinking,is to cultivate and shape the spirit of generosity,is the function of judging and improving the social people.The "college consciousness"of higher vocational school has its characteristic,which focus on environment influences,passing the knowledge by one's own experience,and great virtue carrying the things.
