| 摘 要： | 资格证书制度是社会化大生产条件下专业分工的需要，具有评价、激励、选拔和保障功能。我国本科教学评估队伍存在评估人员资格认定单一、评估主体单一、评估人员结构单一等问题。实施资格证书制度，对于提高评估人员的素质，吸引社会各界的优秀人才，提高本科教学评估的专业地位等都具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The qualifications certificate system is the demand of the professional division, which has the function of evaluation, encouragement, selection and so on. The evaluation groups for undergraduates teaching exist some problems, so we should carry out qualifications certificate system seriously to improve the quality of persons who are engaged in teaching evaluation and enhance the specializd status of the undergraduate teaching evaluation. |
