钛白废酸中硫酸亚铁的分离及废酸回收

摘    要:根据硫酸亚铁在硫酸溶液中的溶解度数据,探讨用二级浓缩法回收钛白废酸的可行工艺。着重讨论了常压浓缩、陈化结晶和真空浓缩的工艺条件。试验结果表明废酸在分离硫酸亚铁后,其硫酸浓度达80%(重量比)以上,可用于钛白生产中。

Abstract:To callback ti-scrap acid by means of 2-step condensing.According to the FeSO4's solubility data in H2SO4 liquid,we put emphases on the mechanism and technics of normal pressure condensing,Aging crystal and vacuum condensing. After separating FeSO4 from ti-scrap acid,it can be used to produce ti-scrap with the density over 80%(weight).The dregs filtering and disturbing are also covered here.
