| 摘 要： | 在黑格尔那里,市民社会是处在家庭和国家之间的差别的阶段。它由需要的体系、司法、警察和同业公会这三个环节构成。黑格尔把市民社会看成是多个个人和若干家庭的聚集,是家庭分裂和扩大发展的结果,是一种特殊的社会结合形式。市民社会是实现私人目的的手段,国家则是解决其中矛盾并高于其上的力量。

| Abstract: | In Hegel's theory,the civil society is a different occupied stage between the family and the state.It is composed of three links including the system of need,judicature,the police and trade association.Hegel seemed the civil society as the gathering of individuals and the public of certain family.It is the result of family fission and the expanded development and it is a kind of special unified form of the society.Civil society is a private purpose,while the state is addressing some of its contradictions and exceeding its strength. |
