高师美术教育存在问题及其对策

目前我国高师美术教育存在诸多问题，如课程设置不合理、培养模式偏重于电脑美术设计、部分学生文化基础薄弱、毕业生核心竞争力不强等。为改变这种现状，要明确高等师范美术教育的培养目标；调整高等师范美术教育专业课程设置；加强在校高师美术学生的教师职业培训；提高高等师范美术教师的自身综合素质。

On Problems of the Art Education in the Normal Colleges and Its Solutions

There exist a lot of problems in art education in China's normal colleges,such as unreasonable curricula,talent-training modes tended to computer-based art design,poor cultural knowledge in some students,weak specialized competition in graduates,etc.In order to change the present adverse situations,there is a must to make the training goals of the art education in normal colleges clear,adjust the major-course curricula,enforce teacher development and promote the qualities of the art teachers.
