中加刑事司法协助问题探析

我国加入世界贸易组织后与世界各国的交往日益频繁,与此同时,跨国犯罪尤其是腐败犯罪正急剧增加,对犯罪分子进行审判将面临证据收集、利用、移交以及犯罪分子的跨国移送等国际层面的问题。要解决这些问题多数情况下必须通过寻求国际刑事司法协助。因此,处理腐败犯罪案件时,我们应该重视国际司法协助的运用,注意对这个问题的研究具有重要的现实意义。
