| Abstract: | The modernization of the further education for chinese primary and secondary school has a profound background and there is an internal requirement for its existence. It is not only the realistic call of the times of information and the objective demand of the knowledge economy development, but also a very important measure to meet the challenge of globalization and an important way for the modernization of the primary and secondary school teachers. |
