Only when colleges and universities create a good atmosphere which is beneficial to the cultivating to these talents, optimize the college students' knowledge structure and ability structure, respect their individual characters completely, improve their ability of creative thinking, it is beneficial to cultivate college students' ability to bring forth new ideas. |
