| 摘 要： | 1991年底,俄罗斯正式独立,如愿执政的“民主派”选择以西方议会民主制度作为国家政治体制的目标取向,全面启动了俄罗斯的政治转轨进程。十余年过去了,在经历了首任总统叶利钦时期长达8年的政治风暴后,新的政治体制的基本框架基本得到确立。世纪之交,俄罗斯在动荡中进入了由乱而治的普京时期,政治状况正在趋于稳定。

| Abstract: | Russia proclaimed independence at the end of 1991,and it fulfilled a wish ruling of "democracy parties"which made the choice to the west democcratic parliament institution as the target of the national political system.This started the changing progress of the Russian original political operation mechanism.In the past dozen years,the new frame of the Russian political system has been established after the 8-year-long political storm of the first president Yeltsin.At the beginning of the new century,Russia entered in the period of Putin,and the political condition of Russia tended towards stability. |
