| 摘 要： | 由于民办高等教育资金来源的特殊性,使得国家助学贷款在民办高校学费来源上显得尤为重要。文章以沪上民办高校为例,就现行的国家助学贷款政策在民办高校施行的现状、存在的问题进行了阐述和探讨,并提出了相关对策与建议,旨在为国家助学贷款制度的进一步完善以及更好地实现其对贫困学生的权利救济功能等做出贡献。

| Abstract: | The resource fund of the private colleges is different from that of state-owned colleges.It makes the state educational loan more important for those schools.Taking the private colleges in Shanghai as an example,the current status and problems of the state educational loan in those schools are discussed in order to help to improve the loan policy.Therefore,more economic disadvantaged students can be helped efficiently. |
