| 摘 要： | 高职院校引入ISO9000族标准建立和运行教育质量管理体系,是提高高职教育教学管理水平和人才培养质量的重要手段。从实践的角度论述了PDCA循环在有效课堂建设中的具体应用,对提高课堂教学的有效性具有积极的指导作用。
