| Abstract: | Big Data era has greatly impacted the traditional model of enterprise management; enterprises should innovate the management model, change the decisionmaking body, fully exploit the commercial value of mass data, and strengthen the training of technical personnel of data. This article analyzes the concept and the basic characteristics of big data, and analyzes the challenges the era of big data brings to enterprises, and how to innovate business management model to adapt to the arrival of the era of big data. |
