| 摘 要： | 文章通过介绍西班牙巴斯克地区在职业教育中对创新型人才培养方案的设计,分析西班牙巴斯克地区职业教育的成功经验,结合当前我国职业教育人才培养方案中存在的质量标准不规范、职业教育所用技术和管理手段缺乏创新等问题,借鉴西班牙巴斯克地区职业教育的做法,对我国职业教育人才培养提出采用统一的质量认证标准、通过政策和制度保证职业教育创新等建议。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the successful experience of Basque vocational education in Spain by describing the design of innovative talent cultivation program of Basque vocational education in Spain,combined with the problems that current quality standards in vocational education talent cultivation programs in our country is not standardized,the technology and management method of vocational education lacks of innovation and other issues,draw on the practices of Basque vocational education in Spain,propose to adopt uniform quality certification standards for vocational education talent cultivation in China to ensure innovation of vocational education through policy and system and other suggestions. |
